5️⃣Reaction Event

The Reaction Event game allows users to create images and vote on their favorites! Most votes win!

Getting started

To create a game use the /gen-menu command, then press the 'Games and events' button (the game controller icon) and select 'Reaction event'.

Setup

Build

Use 'build one from scratch' to set up your Reaction event. The event is highly customizable. Use 'save as template' to retain your settings.

Template

Select 'templates' to view existing templates and load them to start an event or edit/delete a template.

Start

Start an event from your build or a template.

You will need to use 'manage events' to pick and announce the winners after the event ends.

Manage

Select the 'manage events' button and the current event you wish to manage.

Pick Winners

Once the event time has expired, users will no longer be able to vote or submit new content. The event creator will need to use the 'pick winners' button to get the winners.

Announce

Use the 'announce' button to publish the winners to the event channel

View event results with 'leaderboard' or use 'delete event' to delete.

Game Play

Play

Once an event has started, players use the /genor /gen-menu commands to create content and use the 'share' button on their generated image to submit it to the event channel.

Vote

Voters can upvote or downvote the posted images.

Creators can 'bump' their content to be the current message at set intervals.

Win!

The Top winners are selected by the number of votes. Random* winners are selected from user entries.

Hint: Voting increases your odds of being selected as a 'random' winner!
