How to run my bots?
For paid bots, you will need to purchase a subscription in our shop, or by using a gift code if you have one. Subscriptions are available for different time lengths and do not currently auto-renew.
How many times in a month my bot can be triggered?
Unlimited. As long as your bot is active it will be triggered on matching events.
What happens to my bot once my subscription ends?
Some of them will be just stopped. They won't be deleted though, so you can run them again once you resubscribe.
What happens if somebody has a sniping bot set with the exact same conditions as mine? Who gets to actually buy the item?
In such scenario typically the person who set a highest gas fee in their bot will win and get to snipe the NFT. Once a listed NFT matches a filter that you set in your sniping bot it will send a sniping transaction immediately, so who actually gets to snipe the NFT is decided solely by the blockchain and we are not interfering with it in any way, so it's just a typical gas war in this case.
There are some rare situations when someone can get really lucky and his transaction may get appended to the block before, while the rest of sniping transactions end up in a later block. In such scenario transaction in the earlier block will win, regardless of the set gas fees. To make it fair for everyone we are shuffling the order in which sniping bots are sending snipe transactions every 10 seconds.
So in short - our system is not favoring anyone. You either have to be the one with the highest set gas fees or be the lucky one in some edge case situations (they are really really rare though).
